Cancellation Policy

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached model cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the notice of your cancellation of this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

Return of Goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not pre-fabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

The right of cancellation further does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been removed after delivery.
